    • Delivery Time: 7-10 days (transit time; excluding handling time)
    • Handling Time: 2 days

Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed before 09:00 PM GMT +10:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time:

All orders, regardless of the shipping method, have a handling time of 2 days. This includes order processing, packaging, and dispatch.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time specified for each shipping method is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs delays or extreme weather conditions.

Change of Address:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team at support@shoppoholic.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations:

For order cancellations, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team at support@shoppoholic.com.au. Once an order is processed and dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged Products:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at support@shoppoholic.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to facilitate the resolution process.

International Shipping:

For international shipping, the transit time is estimated to be 7-10 days. Please note that this is the time your order takes to travel from our location to your delivery address, excluding handling time.
