Statutory Conditions and Warranties:

At Shoppoholic, we are dedicated to upholding the mandatory Conditions and Warranties outlined by the Commonwealth Competition and Consumer Act 2010 for all products we offer. Beyond the 30 Day Change-of-Mind Period, our products are expected to meet stringent conditions, ensuring merchantable quality, freedom from manufacturing defects, and alignment with the intended purpose as agreed upon during the sale. Customers are entitled to clear title, and if any product falls short of these conditions or warranties, a claim can be made within a reasonable period for a refund, replacement, or repair.

Customer Service stands ready to assess each case individually, aiming to find mutually agreeable solutions between Shoppoholic and the customer.

For detailed insights into consumer rights, please refer to the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au or download the Warranties and Refunds Guide at ACCC Warranties and Refunds Guide.

Refund Policy:

Shoppoholic maintains a transparent refund policy, specifying instances where refunds, credit, or exchanges are not provided. These include cases where the product has been damaged due to misuse, the customer was made aware of a defect before the purchase (e.g., labeled as seconds or faulty), or when the 30 Day Change-of-Mind period has elapsed, and the product aligns with the provided description, being free from manufacturing defects.

Voluntary Warranty Policy:

All products from Shoppoholic come with a "dead on arrival" (DOA) warranty. If a product is damaged during delivery, customers can initiate a claim within 30 days from the dispatch date. Shoppoholic will, at its discretion and cost, replace or repair the product. If stock limitations prevent these options, a similar product will be provided, or a full refund will be offered.

Claims for damage discovered beyond the 30-day period will be carefully evaluated by Customer Service to determine eligibility. This warranty does not cover damaged packaging but does not override statutory rights.

Manufacturer’s Voluntary Warranty:

Certain products supplied by Shoppoholic are covered by a Manufacturer’s voluntary warranty. Customers have the option to utilize these warranties, and details are available on our website. For efficiency, it may be preferable to contact the manufacturer directly, especially for electronic equipment. The manufacturer’s warranty does not diminish statutory rights.

Making a Claim:

To initiate a claim, customers must furnish a copy of the tax invoice or proof of purchase, accurately describe the issue, and submit evidence such as photographs. The claim should specify whether a replacement, repair, refund, or credit is requested.

Limitation of Liability:

Shoppoholic's liability for any loss or damages under the contract is strictly limited. This includes liabilities related to goods not meeting specifications or being defective. The company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage.

Defective Goods:

Claims for defective, non-conforming, or damaged goods must be made in writing within 30 days of product delivery, unless an extended period is expressly agreed upon in writing. Shoppoholic is not liable for the cost of removal or installation of goods due to defects, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
