Item Not Arrived
If your item has not been delivered within 14 days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at email@example.com, providing your order number.
Faulty Items/Broken Items
You have up to 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of any faulty or broken items. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was received, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To report faulty or broken items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your concern and attach pictures and/or videos clearly displaying the issue. Our team will review these materials within 7 business days before proceeding with a replacement. Please note that the damaged or faulty item must be returned to us as per the instructions provided in the email.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about products purchased from our online store, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the products, subject to the following conditions:
- Products purchased from our online store can be returned by the customer within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
- The returned items must not include earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples, customized/personalized items, gift cards, or Cotton On Body Self Love items (due to hygiene reasons).
- All items must be returned in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with original tags/labels attached).
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges, which will be used solely for processing the return.
- Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.
